摘要
研究生教育规模的快速增长对人才培养质量提出了新要求。以AI技术为辅助工具,以多学科交叉融合为内容载体,以电子信息类研究生人才培养质量提升为目标导向,构建“技术驱动-知识重构-能力提升”三位一体的研究框架。系统性地设计了围绕AI技术开展的赋能作用、跨学科知识体系的整合路径以及能力提升的量化目标等,给电气工程、控制工程、通信工程等电子信息类研究生人才培养提供思路。
Abstract
The rapid expansion of postgraduate education has introduced new demands for talent cultivation quality. By leveraging AI technology as an auxiliary tool, using interdisciplinary integration as the content vehicle, and aiming to enhance the quality of postgraduate talent cultivation in the field of electronic information, a research framework integrating "technology-driven, knowledge restructuring, and capability evolution" is constructed. The study systematically designs the enabling role of AI technology, the integration pathways of interdisciplinary knowledge systems, and the quantifiable goals for capability enhancement, providing insights for the cultivation of postgraduate talents in electronic information disciplines such as electrical engineering, control engineering, and communication engineering.
