摘要
随着工业自动化的不断发展,工厂电气设备的可靠性问题日益突出。接地保护系统作为保障设备安全运行的关键组成部分,其性能直接影响到整个电力系统的稳定性与安全性。本文通过对工厂电气设备接地保护系统的研究,分析了常见接地故障类型及其对设备的危害,探讨了接地保护系统中常见的故障与失效模式,重点分析了如何通过提升接地系统的设计与维护,提高系统的可靠性。研究表明,合理的接地设计、及时的故障检测与有效的维护措施能显著提升系统的可靠性,减少设备故障的发生。
Abstract
With the continuous advancement of industrial automation, the reliability challenges of factory electrical equipment have become increasingly prominent. As a critical component ensuring safe operation of equipment, grounding protection systems directly impact the stability and safety of entire power systems. This study investigates common grounding fault types and their detrimental effects on equipment through research on factory electrical grounding protection systems. It explores prevalent failure modes in grounding protection systems and focuses on enhancing system reliability through improved design and maintenance practices for grounding systems. The findings demonstrate that rational grounding design, timely fault detection, and effective maintenance measures can significantly improve system reliability while reducing equipment failures.
