摘要
混合动力汽车作为近年来汽车工业发展的重要方向,具有高效、环保等优势。机电耦合系统的复杂性导致其故障诊断与维修技术面临严峻挑战。本文探讨了混合动力汽车机电耦合系统中常见故障类型及其诊断方法,提出了一种基于多维度数据分析的故障诊断技术框架。通过对机电耦合系统的故障诊断模型的构建与优化,进一步分析了如何提高维修效率,减少系统停机时间,为汽车维护工作提供理论支持与技术指导。利用智能化诊断技术能够有效提高混合动力汽车机电耦合系统的故障诊断准确率,并为维修技术的进一步发展奠定了基础。
Abstract
As an important direction in the development of the automotive industry in recent years, hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) offer advantages such as high efficiency and environmental friendliness. However, the complexity of electromechanical coupling systems poses significant challenges to fault diagnosis and maintenance technologies. This paper discusses common fault types and their diagnostic methods within HEV electromechanical coupling systems, proposing a technical framework for fault diagnosis based on multi-dimensional data analysis. By constructing and optimizing fault diagnosis models for electromechanical coupling systems, this study further analyzes how to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce system downtime, thereby providing theoretical support and technical guidance for vehicle maintenance. The application of intelligent diagnostic technologies can effectively enhance the accuracy of fault diagnosis in HEV electromechanical coupling systems and lay the foundation for further advancements in maintenance technologies.
