摘要
发电机定子铁芯叠片涡流损耗是影响电机效率的关键因素。本文系统研究了涡流损耗的形成机理与分布特性,重点探讨了叠片结构参数、材料特性和绝缘性能对损耗的影响规律。通过理论分析结合有限元仿真,揭示了硅钢片厚度、层间电阻与涡流损耗的关联机制。研究结果表明,优化叠片厚度、提升绝缘涂层的阻断能力以及控制加工工艺能有效抑制涡流损耗。
Abstract
Eddy current loss of stator core laminations in generators is a key factor affecting motor efficiency. This article systematically studies the formation mechanism and distribution characteristics of eddy current losses, with a focus on exploring the influence of laminated structure parameters, material properties, and insulation performance on losses. Through theoretical analysis combined with finite element simulation, the correlation mechanism between silicon steel sheet thickness, interlayer resistance, and eddy current loss was revealed. The research results indicate that optimizing the thickness of the laminate, improving the blocking ability of the insulation coating, and controlling the processing technology can effectively suppress eddy current losses.
