摘要
绿色建筑标准的实施对工程造价产生了显著影响,涉及技术、材料、管理和政策等多方面。通过实证分析探讨了绿色建筑标准下工程造价的现状及影响因素,并提出了优化策略,包括技术集成创新、材料采购优化、全过程造价管理以及政策支持等。通过案例验证,优化策略有效降低了工程造价,提升了项目的经济可行性。未来,随着绿色建筑技术的成熟和市场环境的优化,绿色建筑有望实现更广泛的可持续发展,推动建筑行业的绿色转型。
Abstract
The implementation of green building standards has a significant impact on engineering costs, involving multiple aspects such as technology, materials, management, and policy. This paper explores the current situation and influencing factors of engineering costs under green building standards through empirical analysis and proposes optimization strategies, including technological integration and innovation, material procurement optimization, full-process cost management, and policy support. Case validation shows that these optimization strategies effectively reduce engineering costs and enhance the economic feasibility of projects. In the future, with the maturation of green building technologies and the optimization of market conditions, green buildings are expected to achieve more extensive sustainable development and promote the green transformation of the construction industry.
