摘要
建筑业长期以来面临劳动力短缺的困境,特别是在当今的“用工荒”背景下,这一问题愈发突出。随着人口老龄化和劳动力市场的紧张,传统的人工施工模式已经难以满足建设需求。机器人施工技术作为一种新兴的解决方案,能够有效替代部分传统人工工作,从而缓解劳动力短缺的压力。本文探讨了机器人施工在建筑业中的应用及其替代效应,重点分析了机器人技术对劳动市场的影响及其在提升施工效率、降低成本方面的潜力。通过对国内外相关研究的梳理,提出了机器人施工在促进建筑业转型中的重要作用,并探讨了当前技术应用中的挑战与未来发展方向。
Abstract
The construction industry has long been plagued by labor shortages, a problem that has become increasingly prominent in the current context of "labor shortage". With population aging and the tightening of the labor market, traditional manual construction models can no longer meet the demand for construction. As an emerging solution, robotic construction technology can effectively replace some traditional manual work, thereby alleviating the pressure of labor shortages. This paper explores the application of robotic construction in the construction industry and its substitution effect, focusing on analyzing the impact of robotic technology on the labor market and its potential in improving construction efficiency and reducing costs. By reviewing relevant domestic and foreign studies, it proposes the important role of robotic construction in promoting the transformation of the construction industry and discusses the challenges in current technology application and future development directions.
