【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of systematic psychological assistance on psychological health of outpatient nursing staffs. Methods Total of 82 outpatient nursing staffs in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were enrolled,patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,41 cases in each group. The control groups received conventional mental health education,while the observation group received systematic psychological assistance on the basis ofcontrol group.The Symptom Self - Rating Scale (SCL-90) score and Maslach Burnout Invento (MBI) score were used to analyzed the psychological health of the two groups.Results After intervention,the personal accomplishiment (PA) score of the of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while the depersonalization (DP) and emotional exhaus-tion (EE) scores were significantly lower (P<0.05); After intervention,each dimension scores of SCL-90 scale of observation group were significantly lower than these of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic psychological assistance is helpful to improve the psychological health and reduce the occupational stress of outpatient nursing staffs.
