摘要
随着建筑行业的快速发展,建筑废弃物的处理成为关键问题。建筑废弃物现场破碎再生骨料的即时利用工艺,通过现场破碎、筛分等流程,将建筑废弃物转化为再生骨料,并即时应用于临时道路铺设、基础垫层制作及非承重结构构件生产等。此工艺不仅能有效减少废弃物排放,降低对天然骨料的依赖,还能降低运输成本,提高资源利用效率,为建筑行业的可持续发展提供有力支持。
Abstract
With the rapid development of the construction industry, the treatment of construction waste has become a critical issue. The instant utilization process of on-site crushed recycled aggregate transforms construction waste into recycled aggregates through processes such as on-site crushing and screening, which can be immediately applied to temporary road paving, foundation bedding production, and non-load-bearing structural component manufacturing. This process not only effectively reduces waste emissions and decreases reliance on natural aggregates but also lowers transportation costs and improves resource utilization efficiency, providing strong support for the sustainable development of the construction industry.
