[Abstract] Objective: To study and explore the application effect of psychological nursing on postpartum stress urinary incontinence. Methods: during the period January 2014 ~2016 year in October in our hospital 160 cases of postpartum stress urinary incontinence patients as the research object, adopt computer single blind randomized method were randomly divided into two groups, each group in 80 cases, the control group received the routine nursing, the observation group adopted psychological nursing measures, compared two groups of patients with TSS symptoms, urine pad test score, urogenital score, psychological state and nursing satisfaction. Results: after the intervention, the observation group TSS symptom score, urinary score, anxiety score, depression score compared to before the intervention were significantly lower (P<0.05), the urine pad test score increased significantly (P<0.05), and the TSS symptom score, urine pad test score, urinary score, anxiety score, depression score was significantly better than the control group After the intervention (P<0.05); compared with the control group, nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion: the psychological nursing intervention on patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence, can effectively alleviate the symptoms of urinary incontinence in patients, promote the urinary and reproductive health, and also can effectively improve the psychological status of patients, improve evaluation of patients to nursing service.
