摘要	本文探讨了气候变化对全球粮食安全的深远影响，并提出了相应的应对策略。气候变化导致的极端天气事件、温度升高和降水模式变化对农业生产造成了负面影响，威胁到全球粮食供应的稳定性和可持续性。文章分析了气候变化对粮食生产、储存和运输的各个环节的影响，并强调了适应性管理和技术创新的重要性。最后，提出了加强国际合作、提高农业系统韧性、推广可持续农业实践等应对策略，以保障全球粮食安全。
Abstract	This paper explores the far-reaching impacts of climate change on global food security and proposes corresponding coping strategies. Extreme weather events, temperature increases and changes in precipitation patterns due to climate change have negatively impacted agricultural production, threatening the stability and sustainability of global food supply. The article analyses the impacts of climate change on various aspects of food production, storage and transport, and highlights the importance of adaptive management and technological innovation. Finally, coping strategies such as strengthening international cooperation, increasing the resilience of agricultural systems, and promoting sustainable agricultural practices are proposed to guarantee global food security.
