摘要
无血清培养基化学成分明确,可规避血清源性污染,增强实验重复性,有力推动细胞生物学与生物医学研究。在细胞培养肉领域,能维持牛卫星细胞等增殖与肌原性、降低成本;在免疫细胞研究中,保障树突状细胞等高产优质;在肿瘤细胞研究里,助力与肿瘤细胞等相关机制研究与药效评估。未来,无血清培养基将朝着个性化、定制化方向发展,通过挖掘植物源等低成本替代成分,融合生物反应器与自动化技术,并协同3D培养与组织工程,拓展在干细胞治疗、再生医学及细胞治疗等领域的应用,为生物医学研究和产业化提供更强大的工具。
Abstract
Serum-free medium (SFM) features a chemically defined composition, which enables it to avoid serum-derived contamination, enhance experimental reproducibility, and strongly advance research in cell biology and biomedicine. In the field of cultured meat, SFM can maintain the proliferation and myogenicity of cells such as bovine satellite cells while reducing production costs. In immune cell research, it ensures the high yield and high quality of cells including dendritic cells. In tumor cell research, it facilitates studies on mechanisms related to tumor cells and the evaluation of drug efficacy. In the future, SFM will move toward personalization and customization. By exploring low-cost alternative components (e.g., plant-derived substances), integrating bioreactor and automation technologies, and collaborating with 3D culture and tissue engineering, SFM will expand its applications in fields such as stem cell therapy, regenerative medicine, and cell therapy. This will provide a more powerful tool for biomedical research and industrialization.
