Objective To explore the application value of individualized nursing in patients with varicose veins of lower limbs. Methods First sampling method is used to select the object of study, the sampling time is bet- ween January 2021 and December 2021, sampling object is within the scope of the primary hypertension patients in community, the sampling number is 100, after the sampling group study, will be 1/2 patients in control group, the conventional nursing, the remaining 1/2 patients into the team again, Use individual care. The treatment effect, nursing satisfaction and complication rate of patients in the two groups were collected and compared, and the effect and influence of individualized nursing on patients after varicose veins in the lower extremities were analyzed. Results The study group and the control group were compared before and after the nursing of the various indicators, the two groups of patients before the nursing of the physical indicators, psychological state and other data are basically flat, there is no significant difference (P>0.05); However, after nursing intervention, the treatment effect and treatment satisfaction of patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and there were significant differences in data comparison, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing, personalized nursing can effectively improve the treatment effect of lower extremity varicose vein patients, improve their nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications.
