摘要	【摘要】探讨全面系统护理对老年抑郁症患者SAS评分、SDS评分及生存质量的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月至2017年1月收治的80例老年抑郁症患者，依据护理方法将这些患者分为全面系统护理组（n=40）和常规基础护理组（n=40）两组，对两组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分及生存质量进行统计分析。结果全面系统护理组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分均显著低于常规基础护理组（P<0.05），抑郁心理状况、焦虑心理症状、日常生活能力、社会活动情况评分及QOL总分均显著低于常规基础护理组（P<0.05）。结论全面系统护理较常规基础护理更能有效降低老年抑郁症患者的SAS评分、SDS评分，提升患者的生存质量。
Abstract	[Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive systematic nursing on SAS score, SDS score and quality of life of elderly patients with depression.Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with depression in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected, these patients were divided into comprehensive systematic nursing group (n=40) and routine basic nursing group (n=40) two groups according to the nursing methods, SAS scores, SDS scores and the quality of life of the the two groups were analyzed statistically.Results The SAS score, SDS score of the comprehensive systematic nursing group were significantly lower (P<0.05), the depression, anxiety mental status, daily life ability, social activities scores and QOL score were significantly lower than the basic routine nursing group (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive systematic nursing can more effectively reduce the SAS score, SDS score and improve the quality of life of elderly patients with depression than routine basic nursing.
