摘要
2025年随着数字化时代的不断发展,人类社会在信息传播方式和社会结构上发生了翻天覆地的变化。由于信息获取的便捷性与广泛性,大学生的法律认知和行为习惯受到了显著影响,法律意识的缺失和网络空间中日益增多的法律问题,迫切要求加强大学生法律教育的实施。本文聚焦高校学生法律素养提升问题,以数字化时代为背景,从大学生法律教育的影响出发,探讨高校学生法律教育实施的必要性和提升路径,优化课程设置、丰富实践活动、营造校园法治文化氛围,以及强化家庭、学校、社会协同育人等多方面提出切实可行的提升方法,旨在为社会培养具有良好法律素养的高素质人才,促进法治社会的发展。
Abstract
By 2025, the relentless advancement of the digital era has brought revolutionary changes to human society in terms of information dissemination methods and social structures. The unprecedented accessibility and ubiquity of information have significantly impacted college students' legal cognition and behavioral habits. The resulting lack of legal awareness and the growing number of legal issues in cyberspace urgently call for enhanced implementation of legal education for university students. This paper focuses on enhancing legal literacy among university students. Against the backdrop of the digital era, it examines the necessity and improvement pathways for implementing legal education in higher education institutions, starting from its impact on students. It proposes practical enhancement methods across multiple dimensions: optimizing curriculum design, enriching practical activities, fostering a campus culture of rule of law, and strengthening collaborative education among families, schools, and society. The aim is to cultivate high-caliber talents with sound legal literacy for society and to promote the development of a society governed by the rule of law.
