摘要
目的 本文系统综述了MOOC联合线下课堂的混合式教学模式在中医骨伤科学领域的应用现状与发展前景。方法 通过查阅文献资料,查找MOOC在医学教育中的重要意义与独特优势,包括突破时空限制、实现优质资源共享以及促进个性化学习等方面;分析国内外医学院校利用MOOC开展中医骨伤科学教学的实践成效,探讨了线上线下混合式教学模式的时代必然性。结果 比较MOOC与传统教学模式的优势差异,该模式在中医骨伤科学教育中的未来发展路径占据重要地位。结论 混合式教学不仅能有效提升学生的临床思维能力和实践操作水平,还能促进教师角色转变和教学资源优化配置,是适应后疫情时代医学教育需求的重要创新方向。
Abstract
Objective This paper systematically reviews the current applications and future prospects of the MOOC-offline blended teaching model in the field of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Methods Through a comprehensive literature review, this study examines the significance and unique advantages of MOOCs in medical education—including breaking time-space constraints, enabling premium resource sharing, and facilitating personalized learning. It further analyzes practical outcomes of MOOC implementation in Orthopedics and Traumatology of TCM education at medical institutions globally, while exploring the historical inevitability of blended online-offline teaching models. Results Comparative analysis reveals distinct advantages of the MOOC-based model over traditional teaching approaches, demonstrating its pivotal role in future development pathways for Orthopedics and Traumatology of Traditional Chinese Medicine education. Conclusion Blended teaching not only significantly enhances students' clinical thinking abilities and practical operational skills, but also facilitates instructors' role transformation and optimizes educational resource allocation. It represents a critical innovative direction for meeting medical education demands in the post-pandemic era.
