基于OBE理念构建高校瑜伽“课内外一体化”教学模式研究

摘要
目前国家提出了全民健身发展战略,促使高校对体育教学重视程度显著提升。瑜伽在高校基本都是以选修课的形式存在,因为其具有健身的价值,对学生身心健康发展有着一定积极影响,所以广受学生的喜欢。为了强化学生身体素质,使学生养成良好的学习习惯,高校应当全面深化“课内外一体化”教学模式,实现对学生全方位培养。在这一基础上贯穿OBE理念,在教学设计中将学生学习成果为核心,形成“反向设计-正向实施-持续改进”的完善教学体系,为高校落实《健康中国2030规划纲要》提供 “瑜伽课程范式”,为高校瑜伽教学改革提供可借鉴、可复制路径。
Abstract
Currently, the country has proposed a national fitness development strategy, which has significantly increased the emphasis on physical education teaching in universities. Yoga is mostly offered as an elective course in universities because of its fitness value and positive impact on students' physical and mental health development, making it widely loved by students. In order to strengthen students' physical fitness and cultivate good study habits, universities should comprehensively deepen the "integration of in class and out of class" teaching mode, and achieve all-round cultivation of students. On this basis, the OBE concept is integrated, with student learning outcomes as the core in teaching design, forming a perfect teaching system of "reverse design positive implementation continuous improvement", providing a "yoga curriculum paradigm" for universities to implement the "Healthy China 2030 Plan Outline", and providing a reference and replicable path for yoga teaching reform in universities.
