[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of two-way mass feedback model on postoperative recovery, negative emotion and complication in maternal cesarean section of pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods Selected from September 2014 to September 2016, our hospital received 96 cases of pregnant women with pregnancy syndrome of cesarean section as the study object, according to the order of admission into two groups, each group of 48 cases. The patients were treated with routine nursing and the two groups. The scores of SAS score, SDS score and complication were analyzed before and after treatment.Results The primary exhaust time, primary lactation time, initial time of bedtime and spontaneous urination were lower in the observation group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).SAS and SDS scores were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group , The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Two-way mass feedback model is effective in the treatment of pregnancy-induced cesarean section maternity care, which can relieve the negative emotion of the patients and reduce the incidence of complications and promote the early recovery.
