摘要
全面推进课程思政建设是落实立德树人根本任务的战略举措。护理相关药学课程是护理岗位临床用药安全的理论保障,目前高校设置的护理相关药学课程存在教学方式单一、教学内容局限、实践环节薄弱、思政元素缺少等问题。针对这些问题,本文以护理相关药学课程的课堂教学与评价方式两个方向作为出发点,融合思政元素,提出改进策略。针对课程教学,首先提出构建“研发背景+药物+护理人文关怀”三维度教学课堂;其次,融入思政元素对接护理岗位,强化学生医学责任感与人文关怀;同时创新教学方式,采用情景模拟、翻转课堂、线上学习、案例辩论、临床学习等教学方式。针对评价方式,本文提出“知识-OSCE-价值”三位一体评价方式,全面评价学生的知识掌握情况、临床应变与实践能力、职业价值观与人文关怀意识。本文旨在为护理相关药学课程的改善措施提供参考,助力护理人才药学相关能力的培养。
Abstract
Comprehensively promoting the construction of curriculum-based ideological and political education is a strategic measure to fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. Nursing-related pharmacy courses provide the theoretical guarantee for clinical medication safety in nursing practice. However, current nursing-related pharmacy courses offered in colleges and universities suffer from problems such as monotonous teaching methods, limited teaching content, weak practical links, and a lack of ideological and political elements. In response to these problems, this paper takes classroom teaching and evaluation methods of nursing-related pharmacy courses as the starting points, integrates ideological and political elements, and puts forward improvement strategies. For curriculum teaching, this paper first proposes the construction of a three-dimensional teaching model of "R&D Background + Drugs + Nursing Humanistic Care". Second, it integrates ideological and political elements in line with nursing posts to strengthen students' medical responsibility and humanistic care. Meanwhile, it innovates teaching methods by adopting scenario simulation, flipped classroom, online learning, case debate, clinical learning and other approaches. For evaluation methods, this paper proposes a trinity evaluation model of "Knowledge - OSCE - Values" to comprehensively assess students' knowledge mastery, clinical response and practical ability, professional values and awareness of humanistic care. This paper aims to provide a reference for the improvement of nursing-related pharmacy courses and facilitate the cultivation of pharmacy-related competencies among nursing talents.
