思政教育在应用型本科管理类专业多元共育模式中的融合探究

摘要
深化产教融合,利用政、行、企、校多元力量,打造“应用型、创新型、复合型”人才,实现应用型本科院校人才培养需求,是应用型本科教育教学改革的重要举措。在多元共育的人才培养过程中,思政教育的作用不容忽视,良好的思想素质是做事的根本,思政教育的有效融入,能使得多元共育的效果更加深入、彻底。本文通过具体调研应用型本科院校管理类专业思政教育及产教融合工作开展现状,找出存在的问题,并从多元共育模式视角下,找出思政教育与之融合的路径,旨在为应用型本科院校管理类专业人才培养添砖加瓦。
Abstract
Deepening industry-education integration, leveraging the diverse strengths of government, industry, enterprises, and universities to cultivate "application-oriented, innovative, and composite" talents, and meeting the talent cultivation needs of application-oriented undergraduate colleges are important measures for the reform of application-oriented undergraduate education and teaching. In the process of diversified and collaborative talent cultivation, the role of ideological and political education cannot be ignored. Good ideological quality is fundamental for doing things, and the effective integration of ideological and political education can make the effect of diversified and collaborative cultivation more profound and thorough. This article identifies existing problems through specific research on the current status of ideological and political education and industry-education integration in management majors in application-oriented undergraduate colleges, and from the perspective of the diversified and collaborative cultivation model, it explores the path for integrating ideological and political education, aiming to contribute to the talent cultivation of management majors in application-oriented undergraduate colleges.
