The core of the standardization construction of the "Double Randomness and One Openness" supervision archives lies in enhancing the transparency and fairness of supervision work by unifying and standardizing archive management processes and evaluation indicators. This study explores three aspects: the unity of archive systems, the supporting role of informationization construction, and the scientificity of the evaluation system. It points out the existing problems such as lack of standards, unbalanced implementation, and difficulties in performance evaluation. On this basis, the study proposes to promote the supervision archives to achieve traceability, comparability, and verifiability by improving the archive standardization system, strengthening the construction of information platforms, and optimizing the efficiency evaluation mechanism. Archive standardization is not only the foundation of supervision normalization but also a key means to improve supervision efficiency. It has practical significance and promotion value for building an open, transparent, fair, and efficient market supervision system.
