In the process of promoting the digital transformation of government services, the "One-Stop Online Service" for electronic archives in convenience service centers has become an important means to improve the efficiency of public services. The research points out that the secure sharing mechanism of electronic archives is a key link in ensuring the efficient circulation and authoritative application of information. By analyzing the problems existing in the current archive management model, such as data silos, potential security risks, and insufficient collaboration, this paper proposes approaches including establishing unified technical standards, improving the identity authentication system, introducing blockchain and encryption technologies, and strengthening supervision measures, so as to realize cross-departmental sharing and secure interconnection of information resources. The research holds that the secure sharing mechanism not only helps optimize the process of convenience services but also enhances the public's trust in e-government, providing institutional guarantees for promoting the modernization of government governance and the high-quality development of social public services.
