[Abstract]Objective:To study the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients with anxiety and depression, the BODE index and its correlation. Methods:The subjects were 93 cases COPD patients in our hospital from August 2015 to December 2016,52 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD (AECOPD group),41 patients with stable COPD(SCOPD group),using Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) scores of depression and anxiety, and measurement of the BODE index .compared two groups of the clinical data of HAMD, HAMA and BODE index, BODE index and comparison of different classification of patients with HAMD and HAMA score, and the HAMD and HAMA scores of patients with different BODE indices were compared,Logistic regression analyze the correlation between BODE index and HAMD score and HAMA score. Results:AECOPD group of the HAMD, HAMA score and BODE index were significantly higher than SCOPD group(P<0.01);with BODE index increase,COPD patients of the HAMD and HAMA scores were significantly increased;Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed,HAMD and HAMA scores were positively correlated with BODE index (r2=0.56,0.53). Conclusion: COPD patients with anxiety, depression, and is associated with the BODE index in patients with positive, simultaneous detection of BODE index can be used as the disease, COPD patients with anxiety, depression evaluation index, has an important guiding value.
