摘要
在中国式现代化的全面推进过程中,高等教育的国际化已从单纯的开放策略转向“以我为主”的在地国际化新阶段。面对全球知识体系的权力结构与生成式人工智能技术的教育渗透,大学英语教学成为文化安全与教育主权的关键场域。本文从“精神殖民”批判出发,结合生成式人工智能的教育伦理问题,提出“教育人文守护范式”,并在此基础上构建“分层适配”教学机制,以实现技术赋能与价值理性并举的教育创新。研究指出,在人工智能加速教育变革的语境下,大学英语教学应以文化主体性为核心,以价值导向为前提,通过制度、技术与人文的协同重塑,推动中国高等教育国际化的在地重构。
Abstract
Under the background of Chinese-style modernization, the internationalization of higher education has entered a new stage of localization, emphasizing autonomy over dependence. Facing the dominance of Western knowledge systems and the deep penetration of generative AI in education, college English teaching becomes a critical site for safeguarding cultural security and educational sovereignty. Grounded in the critique of “spiritual colonialism,” this study introduces the “Humanistic Educational Safeguard Paradigm,” proposing a discipline-based layered adaptation mechanism to harmonize technological empowerment with value rationality. The paper argues that college English teaching should reconstruct its paradigm through human–AI–teacher collaboration, ethical regulation, and localized governance, thereby contributing to the value-driven localization of higher education internationalization in China.
