摘要
本文旨在探索卓越中学英语教师的培养路径,研究首先指出培养过程中面临的多重困境与挑战:研究理念偏重英语学科本位,轻视跨学科融合与渗透;教学内容过度强调学科理论知识输入,缺乏教学实践技能操练;实践环节流于形式化参与,不能提供深度反思;评价体系侧重结果性量化考核,忽视成长过程的动态追踪与形成性评价。针对上述问题,本文认为,卓越中学英语教师实践教学能力的培养要突破学科壁垒,构建跨学科课程体系;弥合理论教学与实践应用的断层,促进二者深度融合;搭建多元实践平台,杜绝实践活动形式化;革新评价机制,形成动态闭环的“评价—改进”体系。
Abstract
This paper aims to explore the approaches to cultivating outstanding secondary school English teachers. The study discusses some major challenges under the current system: neglecting interdisciplinary integration; emphasizing more on the input of theoretical knowledge rather than sufficient drilling of practical teaching skills; failing to provide immersive practical teaching experiences that foster deep reflection; focusing on quantitative assessment instead of dynamic tracking of the process and formative evaluation of progress. In response to the above-mentioned issues, this paper puts forward four key approaches: breaking down disciplinary barriers to construct an interdisciplinary curriculum system; bridging the gap between theoretical instruction and practical application to achieve deeper integration; establishing diverse practical platforms to prevent formalization of practical activities; and innovating evaluation mechanisms to form a dynamic closed-loop "evaluation-improvement" system.
