摘要
本文聚焦于校企合作模式下职业学院汽修专业“双师型”教师的培养。首先阐述了“双师型”教师的内涵,接着分析了当前校企合作培养“双师型”教师过程中存在的企业参与动力不足、教师能力短板以及制度保障缺失等问题。基于此,提出了构建“三维协同”培养机制、创新“三阶递进”培养路径和完善“双轨激励”保障体系等策略,旨在提升汽修专业“双师型”教师的培养质量,为职业教育的发展提供有力支持。
Abstract
This article focuses on the cultivation of "double-qualified" teachers in the automotive repair major of vocational colleges under the school-enterprise cooperation model. Firstly, it expounds the connotation of "double-qualified" teachers, and then analyzes the issues existing in the current school-enterprise cooperation process, such as insufficient motivation for enterprise participation, shortcomings in teacher capabilities, and lack of institutional guarantees. Based on this, strategies such as constructing a "three-dimensional collaborative" cultivation mechanism, innovating a "three-stage progressive" cultivation path, and improving a "dual-track incentive" guarantee system are proposed, aiming to enhance the cultivation quality of "double-qualified" teachers in the automotive repair major and provide strong support for the development of vocational education.
