摘要
随着城市的不断发展,老旧建筑数量日益增多,对其进行加固改造及耐久性提升成为当前建筑领域的重要课题。本文深入研究了老旧建筑工程加固改造技术,包括常用的加大截面加固法、外包钢加固法等,并分析了各技术的优缺点及适用范围。探讨了影响老旧建筑耐久性的因素,如环境侵蚀、材料老化等。通过对加固改造技术的合理应用以及针对性措施的实施,可有效提升老旧建筑的安全性和耐久性,为城市的可持续发展提供有力支持,实现老旧建筑的再利用价值。
Abstract
With the continuous development of cities, the number of old buildings is increasing. The reinforcement, renovation, and durability improvement of these buildings have become important topics in the current architectural field. This article delves into the reinforcement and renovation techniques for old buildings, including commonly used methods such as section enlargement reinforcement and steel-encased reinforcement. It analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, and scope of application of each technique. The factors affecting the durability of old buildings, such as environmental erosion and material aging, are also discussed. Through the rational application of reinforcement and renovation techniques and the implementation of targeted measures, the safety and durability of old buildings can be effectively improved, providing strong support for the sustainable development of cities and realizing the reuse value of old buildings.
