摘要
针对当前城市道路检测信息存在部门分割、系统异构、数据难以共享等问题,本文以某市主城区为例,系统剖析信息孤岛形成的原因与典型案例影响,提出由政府牵头、多部门参与的协同共享策略。研究构建了覆盖组织机制、数据标准、接口规范与安全管理的多维解决方案,包括基于JSON-LD的数据元模型、RESTful接口体系、坐标转换机制与RBAC权限控制模型。通过试点实施与量化评估,验证策略在提升数据一致性、降低重复检测、缩短响应时间方面的成效。研究为城市道路基础设施数字化治理提供了可复制的技术路径与实施框架。
Abstract
In response to the current issues of departmental segmentation, system heterogeneity, and difficulty in data sharing in urban road detection information, this paper takes the main urban area of a certain city as an example, systematically analyzes the causes and typical case impacts of information silos, and proposes a collaborative sharing strategy led by the government with multi-departmental participation. The research has constructed a multi-dimensional solution covering organizational mechanisms, data standards, interface specifications, and security management, including a JSON-LD-based data meta-model, a RESTful interface system, a coordinate conversion mechanism, and an RBAC permission control model. Through pilot implementation and quantitative evaluation, the effectiveness of the strategy in improving data consistency, reducing duplicate detection, and shortening response time has been verified. The research provides a replicable technical path and implementation framework for the digital governance of urban road infrastructure.
