摘要	在我国城市医疗卫生服务体系中，社区卫生服务中心是非常重要的组成部分，直接关系到城市居民预防、医疗、健康、康复等诸多重要职能。但现阶段部分社区卫生服务中心普遍存在药房发药差错的情况，严重威胁了患者的健康，甚至危及生命。基于此，本文针对社区卫生服务中心药房发药差错情况，对其原因展开全方位分析，依据问题提出针对性的解决措施，旨在提高医疗服务质量，最大程度保障患者的用药安全。
Abstract	In the urban medical and health service system of our country, community health service centers are a very important component, directly related to many important functions such as prevention, medical treatment, health and rehabilitation for urban residents. However, at present, in some community health service centers, there is a widespread problem of drug dispensing errors in pharmacies, which seriously threatens patients' health and even endangers their lives. Based on this, this article conducts a comprehensive analysis of the causes of drug dispensing errors in the pharmacies of community health service centers, and proposes targeted solutions according to the problems, aiming to improve the quality of medical services and ensure the safety of patients' medication to the greatest extent.
