摘要	目的本文旨在评估盐酸帕罗西汀与小剂量喹硫平联合用药方案对老年抑郁症并发失眠症状的干预效果。方法：对在我院接受治疗的抑郁症合并睡眠障碍老年患者分别给予盐酸帕罗西汀治疗（对照组）和盐酸帕罗西汀+小剂量喹硫平治疗（观察组），对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗效果、心理状态以及生活质量和睡眠质量评分均明显优于对照组，P＜0.05，组间存在对比性，且两组间安全性指标未见统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论研究证实该联合用药方案兼具确切疗效与良好耐受性，具有重要的临床实践意义和推广价值。
Abstract	Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of paroxetine hydrochloride combined with low-dose quetiapine on senile depression complicated with insomnia. Methods the elderly patients with depression and sleep disorder in our hospital were given paroxetine hydrochloride treatment (control group) and paroxetine hydrochloride+small dose quetiapine treatment (observation group), respectively, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results the treatment effect, psychological status, quality of life and sleep quality scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, P＜0.05, There was contrast between the two groups, and there was no significant difference in safety indicators between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion the study confirmed that the combination regimen has both exact curative effect and good tolerance, which has important clinical significance and promotion value.
