摘要
目的 浅析儿童孤独症患者采用康复训练的效果,致力于改善患儿的语言交流超能力。方法 选取2024年2月至2025年1月就诊的儿童孤独症患者90例,采取随机原则分组,即康复训练的观察组和常规护理的对照组,对比改善效果。结果 观察组孤独症儿童行为量表优于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05);此外,观察组儿-心量表智龄以及RBS-R评分优于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 针对儿童孤独症患者实施康复训练的效果显著,有助于患儿的核心症状,提升语言交流能力,干预效果确切。
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation training for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), particularly in improving their language communication abilities. Methods A total of 90 children with ASD who received treatment between February 2024 and January 2025 were randomly assigned into two groups: an observation group receiving rehabilitation training and a control group receiving routine care. Results The behavioral measures in the observation group showed significantly better outcomes than the control group (P <0.05). Additionally, the observation group demonstrated superior intellectual age scores on the Child-Love Scale and higher RBS-R scores compared to the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation training for children with ASD has demonstrated significant efficacy in addressing core symptoms, enhancing language communication skills, and achieving clinically measurable improvements.
