Abstract: Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Shuganjieyu Capsules in treatment of depression in anxious and depressed state. Methods: 50 depression patients were retrospectively analyzed from May 2015 - December 2016 from in hospital, according to the dosing methods ,all patients were divided into experimental group (n=25) and control group(n=25). The control group was given escitalopram oxalate oral citalopram (10mg/time，1d/time). Experimental group was given escitalopram oxalate oral citalopram(10mg/time，1d/time),and was gived Shuganjieyu capsules(2 grain /time，2time/d),two groups of treatment of 6 weeks. The SAS and SDS were evaluated he degree of anxiety and depression. And the ADL was evaluated ricpatients daily life ability. Observed all patients of efficacy and adverse reaction during the period Results: The SAS and SDS of experimental group were lower than that of control group after treatment of 6 weeks , with statistical significance and two groups of SAS and SDS after treatment were lower than before the treatment. Two groups of the ADL after treatment of weeks and 6 weeks were lower than no treatment, and the ADL of experimental group was lower than the control group after treatment of 6 weeks with statistical significance.During treatment , two groups of adverse reactions were no statistical significance. After treatment, two groups of blood, urine routine, liver and kidney function had no obvious change. Conclusion: the Shuganjieyu capsules can obviously improve the bad feelings of depression, is batter than lonely taking escitalopram oxalate citalopram, and work faster, good security, and have less adverse reactions,and can improve the patients daily life ability, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
