Objective To analyze the effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with cycling exercise training on the quantitative scoring of neurological deficits in patients with sequelae of stroke. Methods From August 2023 to May 2024, 60 patients with sequelae of stroke were selected and randomly divided into two groups, each containing 30 cases, according to the method of random number table. The control group was treated with standardized Western medicine, while the observation group was combined with oral administration of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and cycling exercise training on the basis of the control group. The results of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the degree of lower extremity spasm improved more significantly (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and cycling exercise training can effectively optimize the neurological deficits of patients and is suitable for promotion.
