Objective To explore the clinical value of rapid paraffin sectioning technology in pathological examination and provide reference for diagnostic decision-making. Methods A total of 80 patients requiring pathological examination between May 2024 and May 2025 were selected as subjects. Using a random number table method, they were divided into a control group (40 cases) and an observation group (40 cases). The control group underwent conventional paraffin sectioning techniques, while the observation group utilized rapid paraffin sectioning technology. Comparative analysis was conducted on diagnostic accuracy, examination time, and section quality between the two groups. Results The observation group demonstrated significantly higher diagnostic accuracy (P<0.05), shorter examination time (P<0.05), and better section quality (P<0.05) compared to the control group. Conclusion The application of rapid paraffin sectioning technology in pathological examinations can enhance diagnostic accuracy, reduce examination time, and improve section quality.
