Abstract
Objective Analyze and discuss the effectiveness of percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder puncture tube drainage in the treatment of acute cholecystitis. Methods Data from 35 patients with acute cholecystitis admitted between January 2023 and December 2023 were collected as the control group (n=35, treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy). Collect data from 35 similar patients between January 2024 and December 2024 as the observation group (n=35, treated with PTGBD). Compare the treatment outcomes of two groups of patients. Results The surgical related indicators, liver function indicators, inflammatory factor levels, pain severity, and incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05) and statistical significance. Conclusion The use of percutaneous transhepatic gallbladder puncture tube drainage for the treatment of acute cholecystitis can significantly alleviate patients' pain, promote rehabilitation process, significantly improve liver function and inflammatory factor levels, and reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
