Summarize the nursing care of a case of Shwachman Diamond syndrome complicated with multidrug-resistant bacterial infection undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Due to multidrug-resistant bacteria and poor self-care ability, fever care and disease observation care should be provided to stabilize the condition; Effective prevention of complications caused by intravenous catheterization nursing ensures smooth progress of intravenous medication treatment; For skin ulceration and oral ulcers, skin care and skin mucosal care were provided. The dry and cracked areas of the child's skin healed, and the skin flaked and oral ulcers improved; For nutritional deficiencies, provide diet and nutritional support care to maintain the body's nutritional status and improve resistance; For negative emotions, provide psychological care to improve mental health. The patient's neutrophils were transplanted and the neutrophil count was 1.6 × 10 ⁹ g/L. The laminar flow room treatment was completed, and the patient's condition stabilized and their self-care ability recovered after a 3-month follow-up in the hospital.
