摘要
目的 探析动脉血压监测在重型颅脑损伤护理中的应用效果。方法 选取本院2023年2月—2025年5月收治的89例重型颅脑损伤患者作为研究主体,利用“双色球分组法”将其分入常规组(蓝球,44例)、实验组(白球,45例)。常规组采用无创血压监测及传统护理,实验组采用有创动脉血压持续监测及针对性护理。比较两组患者血压监测误差率、并发症发生率,记录住院时间、血压波动幅度以及入院昏迷(GCS)与预后评分(GOS)。结果 干预前两组患者入院GCS评分对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,实验组的GOS评分高于常规组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);实验组血压监测误差率、并发症发生率均低于常规组,住院时间和血压波动幅度同样低于常规组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论 在重型颅脑损伤患者护理中实施动脉血压监测,不仅可提高血压监测准确性并减少波动,而且能降低并发症风险,缩短住院时间,改善预后,建议应用。
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of arterial blood pressure monitoring in the care of patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Methods A total of 89 patients with severe traumatic brain injury treated in our hospital from February 2023 to May 2025 were selected as the main study subjects. They were divided into a conventional group (blue ball, 44 cases) and an experimental group (white ball, 45 cases) using the 'Double Color Ball Grouping Method'. The conventional group received non-invasive blood pressure monitoring and traditional care, while the experimental group underwent continuous monitoring of arterial blood pressure and targeted nursing. The blood pressure monitoring error rate and complication occurrence rate were compared between the two groups, and length of hospital stay, blood pressure fluctuation range, admission coma scale (GCS), and prognosis score (GOS) were recorded. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the admission GCS scores between the two groups prior to intervention (P > 0.05). After intervention, the GOS score in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05); the blood pressure monitoring error rate and complication occurrence rate in the experimental group were both lower than those in the conventional group, and the length of hospital stay and blood pressure fluctuation range were also lower in the experimental group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Conclusion Implementing arterial blood pressure monitoring in the nursing of patients with severe traumatic brain injury can not only improve the accuracy of blood pressure monitoring and reduce fluctuations, but also lower the risk of complications, shorten hospitalization duration, and improve prognosis, thus its application is recommended.
