摘要
慢性阻塞性肺疾病的小气道病变隐匿而复杂,传统指标灵敏性不足,早期诊断与精准管理仍具挑战。研究围绕小气道病变的临床价值与检测技术展开,阐述早期识别、功能评估及个性化干预的重要性,提出优化功能指标、拓展呼吸阻抗测定、灵活监测呼气流量波动及整合多模态功能检测的策略,旨在推动肺功能检测体系的精细化,提升早期发现率,改善疾病管理效果。
Abstract
Small airway lesions in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease are insidious and complex, and traditional indicators lack sensitivity. Early diagnosis and precise management still pose challenges. The study focuses on the clinical value and detection techniques of small airway lesions, emphasizing the importance of early identification, functional assessment, and personalized intervention. Strategies are proposed to optimize functional indicators, expand respiratory impedance measurement, flexibly monitor expiratory flow fluctuations, and integrate multimodal functional testing, aiming to promote the refinement of the pulmonary function testing system, improve early detection rates, and enhance disease management effectiveness.
