摘要
目的 探讨数字叙事培训对提高呼吸专科护士批判性思维、人文关怀能力的影响,评价数字叙事的推广价值。方法 运用数字叙事培训模式,对24名在我院进行呼吸专科护士临床实践培训的学员进行培训。比较学员培训前后批评性思维、人文关怀能力评分,以及学员对数字叙事培训的评价。结果 培训后学员矛盾范围、正性特质降低,正性特质强提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);理解、勇气、耐心评分显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);学员对数字叙事培训接受率和满意率较高(均>90.0%)。结论 数字叙事对呼吸专科护士批判性思维、人文关怀能力效果显著,可有效提升呼吸专科护士的专业技能水平,达到了培训目标,具有推广价值。
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Digital Narrative training on improving the critical thinking and humanistic care ability of respiratory specialist nurses, and to evaluate the promotion value of digital narrative. Methods using the digital narrative training mode, 24 clinical practice training trainees of respiratory specialist nurses in our hospital were trained. The critical thinking and humanistic care ability scores of the trainees before and after the training were compared, as well as the trainees' evaluation of the digital narrative training. Results after training, the range of contradictions and positive traits of the trainees were reduced, and the positive traits were improved, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The scores of understanding, courage and patience were significantly improved (P<0.05); Students' acceptance rate and satisfaction rate of Digital Narrative training were higher (both>90.0%). Conclusion the effect of Digital Narrative on critical thinking and humanistic care ability of respiratory specialist nurses is significant, which can effectively improve the professional skills of respiratory specialist nurses, achieve the training goal, and has the value of promotion.
