Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of CT guided puncture localization of autologous blood labeled pulmonary nodules in thoracoscopic surgery in primary hospitals. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 21 patients with pulmonary nodules who underwent thoracoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2024. Preoperative CT guided puncture localization was performed, and autologous blood was used to mark the pulmonary nodules. Clinical data of thoracoscopic surgery was performed 1-2 hours before the localization was completed. Results All 21 patients in the group were successfully located without any significant complications; Among the 21 patients, 3 underwent thoracoscopic segmentectomy and 18 underwent thoracoscopic wedge resection, all of which successfully removed pulmonary nodules without any significant complications. Conclusion It is feasible to carry out CT guided puncture localization and autologous blood labeling localization technology in primary hospitals, which can improve the accuracy of locating small pulmonary nodules, shorten surgical time, reduce intraoperative bleeding and postoperative complications, and improve patient satisfaction.
