Abstract Objective: To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing on anxiety and depression of elderly patients with femoral fracture. Methods: from January 2015 June ~2016 and in our hospital for treatment of femoral fractures in elderly patients with 88 cases, were randomly divided into observation group, (n=44) and control group (n=44), the control group were given routine nursing care, observation group were given comprehensive nursing care on the basis of this, the ratio of the nursing effect of two groups. Results: two groups of patients before treatment SAS score, SDS score compared no significant difference, no statistical significance (P>0.05); patients in the observation group SAS score after nursing (41.13 + 3.48), SDS score (41.32 + 3.49) was significantly lower than the control group, with significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05); after 2 weeks the observation group (72.73% patients) and 4 weeks (93.18%) and 6 weeks (97.73%) functional recovery was significantly better than the control group, with significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05; 97.73%) observation and nursing satisfaction of patients was significantly higher than the control group 75%, two groups had significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:On the basis of conventional nursing care given comprehensive nursing can effectively relieve patients anxiety and mood of elderly femoral fracture, promote functional recovery of patients after surgery, patients with higher nursing satisfaction, is worthy of clinical application.
