Abstract:objective To investigate the efficacy of a small dose of aripiprazole combined with amiosulide in male patients with first-episode schizophrenia, and to observe the effect of aripiprazole on the cognitive function, sexual function and prolactin. Methods In our hospital from May 2015 to March 2016, 62 patients with first-episode schizophrenia were randomly divided into the control group (amosulpiride) and the treatment group (low-dose aripiprazole combined with ammonia Sulfopile), the 31 cases. The clinical symptoms and cognitive function of the patients were evaluated by PANSS, WCST and WMS before and 8 weeks after treatment, and the results were statistically analyzed. Serum levels of prolactin were measured before and after treatment in both groups. Sexual function before and after treatment was evaluated with the Arizona Sexual Experience Male Scale (ASEX).Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the scores of positive symptom score, negative symptom score, general psychopathological symptom score and total score of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group before treatment, P <0.05; WMS score improved significantly after treatment, and the improvement of the score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, P <0.05 The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.32%, significantly higher than the control group 64.52%, P<0.05; the control group after treatment ASEX total score and the factor score prolactin levels were significantly higher than the treatment group, P<0.05; however, the treatment group before and after treatment ASEX total score and the factor scores, prolactin levels, P>0.05.Conclusion Ampicillin combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of male first-episode schizophrenia can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and cognitive function, the use of amiosulpride alone in male patients with sexual function and prolactin have a certain impact, then supplemented by a small dose Treatment with aripiprazole may improve this problem.
