摘要	【摘要】探讨氟西汀对糖尿病并发抑郁症患者血浆TNF-α、IL-6及BDNF水平的影响。方法将92例2型糖尿病合并抑郁症患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组46例，其中对照组给予常规降糖药物治疗，治疗组则在对照组基础上同时给予氟西汀治疗，疗程为8周，测定治疗前后两组患者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白( HbAlc)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表( HAMD)评分、血浆TNF-α、IL-6及BDNF水平。结果与治疗前相比，治疗组和对照组患者空腹血糖、HbAlc、TNF-α及IL-6水平均明显降低（P<0.01 或 P<0.05），HAMD评分与BDNF则只有治疗组显著改善（P<0.01），而对照组治疗前后两者水平无差异（P >0.05）。结论氟西汀能明显降低糖尿病并发抑郁症患者血浆TNF-α、IL-6水平，并显著增加BDNF水平，这可能是其改善患者抑郁症状及发挥降糖作用的重要机制之一。
Abstract	【Abstract】 Objective To research the effect of fluoxetine on TNF-α、IL-6 and BDNF of diabetes complicated with depression patients. Methods The 92 cases of diabetes mellitus type 2 complicated with depression patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, and each group of was 46 cases. Control group was treated with routine hypoglycemic drugs, and treatment group was given with fluoxetine on the basis of control group. Fasting blood glucose(FBG), glycated hemoglobin (HbAlc), Hamilton depression rating scale (HAMD) scores, plasma TNF-α、IL-6 and BDNF level of patients were detected after treating 8 weeks. Results Compared with before treatment, the level of FBG, HbAlc, TNF-α and IL-6 were both significantly decreased in two group patients(P<0.01 or P<0.05). However, HAMD scores and BDNF level were only improved in treatment group（P<0.01）, and there was no difference in control group before and after the treatment（P >0.05）. Conclusion Metformin can significantly reduce the level of plasma TNF-α and IL-6 and increase the level of BDNF on diabetes complicated with depression patients, which is probably one of the important mechanisms of improving depression symptoms of patients.
