【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of venlafaxine combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of postpartum depression.Methods: 160 cases of postpartum depression in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each with 80 cases. The control group was given venlafaxine sustained release agent, while the observation group was given comprehensive psychological intervention on the basis of the control group. The self rating Anxiety Scale (SDS), self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and symptom checklist 90 (SCL-90) were used to evaluate the anxiety, depression and clinical symptoms of the patients. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared, and the changes of SDS, SAS and SCL-90 before and after treatment were observed.Results: the total efficiency of the observation group was better than the control group 93.75% (73.75%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); after treatment, two groups of patients with SAS, lower SDS score than before treatment, and the patients in the observation group SAS and SDS were lower significantly than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001) after treatment, the two groups decreased; SCL-90 scale contains 10 factors scores than before treatment, and the observation group SCL-90 included 10 factors scores decreased significantly than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001); the observation group the total compliance rate was 91.25% (62.50%), is better than statistically significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion: venlafaxine combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of patients with postpartum depression, the clinical curative effect is accurate, can effectively improve the patients anxiety and depression, improve the treatment compliance of patients.
