Abstract: Objective: To observe and analyze escitalopram citalopram and psychological intervention in treatment of depression in patients with clinical efficacy and the safety of the therapy and all kinds of adverse reactions, and the effects on the body symptoms and cognitive function in patients with. Methods: From June 2014 to December 2016 of our hospital, 64 cases of patients with depression, according to the different treatment methods were divided into two groups, control group, 32 cases with venlafaxine, drug treatment group 32 cases with escitalopram citalopram and psychological intervention treatment. For 2 months of treatment, observe two groups of patients before and after treatment 1, 4, 8 weeks clinical effect, the Hamilton depression rating scale (HAMD) and the results of treatment of safety evaluation, and USES symptoms scale (TESS) to evaluate the adverse drug reactions. Results: After treatment, two groups of patients compared with before treatment, HAMD scores decreased, and compared with control group, the HAMD score lower than the control group after treatment, significant differences statistically significant (P < 0.05); Team was less adverse reaction, and the team has better tolerability, significant differences statistically significant (P < 0.05). 8 weekend NOSIE scores when the team is better than that of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: By using escitalopram citalopram in patients with senile depression and psychological intervention treatment, obvious curative effect, good tolerance, patient compliance is relatively high, and with less adverse reactions, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
