摘要	目的分析LDRP模式下医护患协同护理对分娩结局的影响。方法随机抽取2024年12月-2025年11月期间我院产科收治的自然分娩产妇50例，采取随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各有25例，对照组接受常规助产护理，观察组则采取LDRP模式下医护患协同护理，将两组护理效果进行对比。结果护理后，观察组产妇的焦虑情绪以及分娩疼痛程度均轻于对照组，总产程时间明显短于对照组，自然分娩成功率明显高于对照组，母婴不良分娩结局发生率与对照组相比明显降低（P＜0.05）。结论在自然分娩产妇中开展LDRP模式下医护患协同护理，能够增强产妇的分娩舒适度，提高自然分娩成功率，减少不良分娩结局发生。
Abstract	Objective To analyze the impact of doctor-nurse-patient collaborative care in the LDRP model on delivery outcomes. Methods 50 natural delivery parturients admitted to our obstetrics department from December 2024 to November 2025 were randomly selected and divided into the observation group and the control group with 25 cases each by random number table method. The control group received routine midwifery care, while the observation group adopted doctor-nurse-patient collaborative care in the LDRP model. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results After the nursing, the anxiety level and pain degree of the parturients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the total duration of labor was significantly shorter than that in the control group, the success rate of natural delivery was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of adverse delivery outcomes for both mother and baby was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Implementing doctor-nurse-patient collaborative care in the LDRP model for natural delivery parturients can enhance the comfort of delivery, improve the success rate of natural delivery, and reduce the occurrence of adverse delivery outcomes.
