摘要
目的 旨在分析健康教育在慢性支气管炎患者护理中的作用。方法 选择2024年6月-2025年6月期间接收的慢性支气管炎患者100例,采用随机数字表法将100例患者分成对照组(50例,采取常规护理方法),和观察组(50例,在对照组护理基础上采用健康教育护理)。对两组的护理有效率、用药依从性、并发症发生率及护理满意度进行对比和评估。结果 观察组患者的护理总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组用药依从性高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 健康教育在慢性支气管炎患者护理中应用效果显著,可有效提高患者用药依从性和护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,有较高应用价值。
Abstract
Objective Aim to analyze the role of health education in the care of patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods 100 patients with chronic bronchitis who were admitted between June 2024 and June 2025 were selected. The 100 patients were randomly divided into a control group (50 cases, receiving routine nursing) and an observation group (50 cases, receiving health education nursing on the basis of the control group nursing) using a random number table method. Compare and evaluate the nursing effectiveness, medication adherence, incidence of complications, and nursing satisfaction between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), the medication compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of health education in the nursing of patients with chronic bronchitis has significant effects, which can effectively improve patients' medication compliance and nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of complications, and have high application value.
