Objective To explore the application effect of the collaborative management model among doctors, nurses and patients in the nursing service of patients with kidney stones. Methods A total of 100 patients with kidney stones treated in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were randomly divided into the control group (conventional care) and the observation group (medical-nurse-patient collaborative management model). The SAS (Anxiety) scale scores, SDS (Depression) scale scores, pain scores (VAS), and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the psychological (SAS, SDS) scores and pain scores (VAS) of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); The quality of life score of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.50%, which was lower than the 30.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the nursing services for patients with kidney stones, implementing a collaborative management model between medical staff and patients can effectively alleviate patients' negative emotions and pain levels, help reduce the risk of complications, and improve patients' quality of life.
