Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under knee arthroscopy. Methods A total of 109 patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under knee arthroscopy were included as the research subjects. The inclusion period was from May 2024 to May 2025. All patients received treatment in our hospital and rehabilitation nursing intervention was implemented for them. The pain degree, recovery of knee joint function and changes in knee joint range of motion of the patients after the intervention were analyzed. Results After the intervention, the pain degree of the patients was significantly reduced, the knee joint function was significantly improved, the range of motion of the knee joint was significantly enhanced, and the flexion Angle and extension Angle were expanded. There were statistically significant differences in all comparisons (P < 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under knee arthroscopy has a significant effect, which can significantly promote the recovery of knee joint function in patients and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
