【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Shugan Jieyu capsule in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with anxiety and depression. Methods: 153 cases of functional dyspepsia with anxiety and depression in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were divided into observation group (n = 77) and control group (n = 76). The control group received domperidone combined with Pa Rossi Dean hydrochloride treatment, observation and using Shugan Jieyu capsule group on the basis of this, the two groups were treated for 4 weeks, to observe the changes of two groups were compared before and after treatment of clinical symptoms, anxiety and depression score and clinical efficacy. Results: After 4 weeks of treatment, the cure rate of the observation group was 40.26%vs23.68%, and the total effective rate of 94.81%vs80.26% was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, two groups of patients with lower abdominal distension, abdominal pain, early satiety and nausea and vomiting and other symptoms integral than before treatment, and the observation group, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, early satiety and clinical symptoms such as nausea and vomiting decreased significantly than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001). After treatment, the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the two groups were decreased, and the HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001). Conclusion: The effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsule on patients with functional dyspepsia combined with anxiety and depression can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the anxiety and depression of patients.
