摘要
目的 探索导师制结合360度反馈在护理实习生评价中的应用效果,明确其对实习综合能力、自我认知及师生互动质量的影响,为优化护理实习评价体系提供依据。方法 选取2024年6月4日-2025年3月9日我院28名护理实习生,随机分对照组(14人,传统评价)与实验组(14人,导师制+360度反馈评价)。比较两组实习综合能力评分、自我效能感量表(GSES)评分及师生互动满意度。结果 实验组实习综合能力评分高于对照组(t=6.89,P<0.001);GSES评分高于对照组(t=6.23,P<0.001);师生互动满意度高于对照组(t=7.56,P<0.001)。结论 导师制结合360度反馈可显著提升护理实习生综合能力、增加自我效能感及提高师生互动质量,具有重要临床教学推广价值。
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of the tutor system combined with 360-degree feedback in the evaluation of nursing interns, clarify its impact on interns' comprehensive practical abilities, self-cognition and the quality of teacher-student interaction, and provide a basis for optimizing the nursing internship evaluation system. Methods A total of 28 nursing interns in our hospital from June 4,2024 to March 9,2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (14 interns, using traditional evaluation) and an experimental group (14 interns, using tutor system+360-degree feedback evaluation). SPSS 26.0 was used to analyze and compare the scores of comprehensive practical abilities, General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)scores and teacher-student interaction satisfaction between the two groups. Results The experimental group demonstrated significantly higher scores in comprehensive competency assessment (t=6.89, P<0.001), Global Self-Esteem Scale (GSES) evaluation (t=6.23, P<0.001), and teacher-student interaction satisfaction (t=7.56, P<0.001) compared to the control group. Conclusion The mentorship system combined with 360-degree feedback effectively enhances nursing interns' comprehensive competencies, boosts self-efficacy, and improves quality of teacher-student interactions, demonstrating significant clinical teaching value for widespread implementation.
